  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 4 tbsps whipped cream
  • 4 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cups white rice, cooked
  • 10 oz apples

Directions

  • Peel apples and remove the core, dice and set aside.
  • Pour water into a saucepan and bring to boil. Add sugar when boiling.
  • Add apples to the sweet water and cook until soft and transparent, about 5 minutes on high heat.
  • Add rice to the apples and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Serve with whipped cream and cinnamon.
