Very tasty chicken with a great apricot sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 thighs, bone and skin removed chicken thighs
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 14 oz canned apricot nectar
- 14 oz canned apricot halves, drained
- 1 dash salt, to taste
- 1 dash pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- In a small bowl mix together soup mix and apricot nectar. Pour over chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
