  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 14 oz canned apricot nectar
  • 14 oz canned apricot halves, drained
  • 1 dash salt, to taste
  • 1 dash pepper, to taste
  • 8 thighs, bone and skin removed chicken thighs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Place chicken in baking dish.
  • In a small bowl mix together soup mix and apricot nectar. Pour over chicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.
