  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps canola oil
  • 3 tbsps rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup snowpeas, chopped
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 7 cups Chinese cabbage
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

Directions

  • In a mason jar combine: rice vinegar, canola oil, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Shake to fully combine.
  • In a medium bowl combine: cabbage, yellow bell pepper, grated carrots, and snow peas. Toss to combine.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve.
