Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 thin bacon slices
- 2 tsps garlic powder
- 2 tsps chili powder
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 medium egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
- Mix all ingredients except bacon together in bowl.
- Use melon baller (or similar) to create 12 medium sized meatballs.
- Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon.
- Cook for 35 minutes.
- Note: try squirting Cajun blast BBQ basting sauce or sprinkling bacon salt onto meatballs.
