- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups chopped kale
Directions
- Heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Rub the kale with the olive oil to coat and make sure it is fully covered.
- On a cookie sheet, spread a single layer of kale and season with the garlic and onion powder and a light pinch of salt.
- Bake in the oven and watch closely (do not let it go brown as it turns bitter), about 6 minutes.
