  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped kale

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Rub the kale with the olive oil to coat and make sure it is fully covered.
  • On a cookie sheet, spread a single layer of kale and season with the garlic and onion powder and a light pinch of salt.
  • Bake in the oven and watch closely (do not let it go brown as it turns bitter), about 6 minutes.
