Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 medium russet potatoes

Directions

  • Cut potatoes into wedges or fries and place in bowl.
  • Add olive oil then add remaining ingredients and mix well until potatoes are coated.
  • Bake on baking sheet or in baking dish for 45 minutes at 450° F (220° C) fliping them once half way through.
