- 3/4 cup chopped zucchini
- 3/4 cup slices squash
- 1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
- 2 small whole roma tomato
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground basil
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
- 2 fl oz water
Directions
- Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
- Spray pan with cooking spray like Pam. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds or so.
- Add vegetables, water and balsamic vinegar and cover pan with lid and steam for 5-10 minutes until done.
