- 2 1/2 cups dry whole grain extra thick rolled oats
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 3 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond vanilla milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp double acting baking powder
- 5 tbsps mini chocolate chips
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Mix everything then scoop into muffin tins.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before removing from mold.
