  • 2 1/2 cups dry whole grain extra thick rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond vanilla milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp double acting baking powder
  • 5 tbsps mini chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Mix everything then scoop into muffin tins.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before removing from mold.
