Ingredients
- 2 tbsps honey
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 large white eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (imitation, no alcohol)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 275 g almond flour blanched
Directions
- Mash bananas until no clumps.
- Mix wet ingredients together.
- Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- Combine the two mixtures.
- Distribute evenly in muffin tins and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
