Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter stick
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar using a mixer.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
