Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter stick
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
