Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups white flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups mashed bananas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream sugar, bananas, and eggs in a bowl.
- Add softened butter to banana mixture.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Combine the two mixtures and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour into a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
