  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup yogurt spread
  • 1 packet bananas & cream instant oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsps packed brown sugar blend

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Lightly grease 5 muffin cups or line with muffin papers.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, oatmeal and salt in a large bowl.
  • Beat bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla and melted butter in another bowl.
  • Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened.
  • Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake in preheated oven until golden and tops spring back when lightly pressed, 18-20 minutes.
