  • 1 cup sliced bananas (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (ground)
  • 1 tsp pure baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 2 scoops 100% whey - double rich chocolate
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mash bananas then mix with egg, honey, and oil.
  • Grind oats into flour.
  • Add dry ingredients to the bananas. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
