  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup 2% fat milk
  • 2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix wet (honey, milk, vanilla extract, and mashed banana).
  • Mix dry (spelt flour, oat bran, whole wheat flour. baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
  • Add dry to wet then mix together.
  • Bake to 350 °F for 25 minutes.
