  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups oats

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • In another bowl add oil, sugars, eggs and mashed banana. Mix well.
  • Combine both mixtures together. Mix well.
  • Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes.
