- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 3/4 cup dry old fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp plant butter with olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond vanilla milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except plant butter) in a blender.
- Grease a skillet with plant butter then pour mixture to form circles.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
