  • 5 medium bananas
  • 4 scoops protein powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 4 packets no calorie sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 scoops protein baked goods mix
  • 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder
  • 2 tbsps sour cream

Directions

  • Mash bananas and add other ingredients one at a time. Mix well.
  • Pour into a lightly greased mold.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 40-45 minutes.
  • Let cool, unmold, and slice.
