- 12 oz frozen shrimp
- 1 cup slices baby cucumbers
- 1/2 medium yellow onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1.5 oz shredded carrots
- 10 oz green leaf lettuce
- 5 oz spinach
- 5 pieces sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
- Cook shrimp in a pan until halfway through, drain extra water, then add sauce. Simmer until fully cooked.
- Chop all vegetables and mix together in a large bowl.
- Split vegetables in two plates and top with shrimp.
