  • 2 tbsps asian style bang bang sauce
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1.5 oz shredded carrots
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion
  • 1 cup slices baby cucumbers
  • 12 oz frozen shrimp
  • 5 oz spinach
  • 10 oz green leaf lettuce

Directions

  • Cook shrimp in a pan until halfway through, drain extra water, then add sauce. Simmer until fully cooked.
  • Chop all vegetables and mix together in a large bowl.
  • Split vegetables in two plates and top with shrimp.
