Ingredients
- 1 cup whole hull-less barley
- 1 cup dry sprouted mung beans
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raw pepitas
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsps olive oil
Directions
- Prepare a barley and mung beans according to package directions.
- Drain and then mix with the other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
