Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups almond meal flour
  • 1 1/2 oz garbanzo bean flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 tbsps ghee
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 packets sweetener

Directions

  • In a food processor combine flours, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  • Add egg yolks, melted butter, sweetener and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Beat 5 whites until soft peaks form. Pour whites into flour mixture and mix well with processor.
  • Bake 45 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C) or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Note: try adding garlic salt, cinnamon, Parmesan or herbs.
