- 1 tbsp crumbled bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 medium tart apples
- 1/2 lemon yields lemon juice
- 3 lbs red cabbage
- 3 tsps sugar
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 24 oz frankfurter pieces, low fat
Directions
