  • 1/4 cup fat free refried beans
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 1/4 cups mixed lettuce
  • 6 slices peperoncini
  • 1 slice colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp red taco sauce

Directions

  • Heat refried beans as directed on back of can.
  • Heat tortilla in microwave or in a skillet with no calorie non-stick spray.
  • Put beans on tortilla, followed by lettuce, cheese, peperoncinis and taco sauce.
  • Wrap and enjoy.
