- 1/4 cup fat free refried beans
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 1/4 cups mixed lettuce
- 6 slices peperoncini
- 1 slice colby jack cheese
- 1/2 tbsp red taco sauce
Directions
- Heat refried beans as directed on back of can.
- Heat tortilla in microwave or in a skillet with no calorie non-stick spray.
- Put beans on tortilla, followed by lettuce, cheese, peperoncinis and taco sauce.
- Wrap and enjoy.
