  • 1/2 cup cannellini beans
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 oz organic green salad
  • 1 oz fat free feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted edamame
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsps champagne wine vinegar
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli

Directions

  • Rinse salad greens and place in large bowl.
  • Rinse blueberries and add to salad greens.
  • Add in dry roasted edamame, feta, beans, broccoli, olive oil, vinegar, and seasonings to taste.
  • Toss and enjoy!
