- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 cups pinto beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 tbsp chili seasoning
Directions
- In a pan, brown the ground beef.
- Add the chili seasoning or chili powder.
- Add the pinto beans.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Cook well and serve warm.
- Avoid crackers or chips to make it South Beach friendly!
