  • 3 1/2 cups tri-bean blend
  • 3 1/2 cups cut green beans
  • 16 oz ground beef (85% lean / 15% fat)
  • 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

  • Heat coconut oil in a skillet then sauté chopped onions and garlic.
  • Add beef and stir until brown.
  • Add beans and stir.
  • Turn down heat to low and let cook for 10 minutes.
