- 2 tbsps chopped garlic
- 3 1/2 cups tri-bean blend
- 3 1/2 cups cut green beans
- 16 oz ground beef (85% lean / 15% fat)
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
- 1 medium onion
Directions
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet then sauté chopped onions and garlic.
- Add beef and stir until brown.
- Add beans and stir.
- Turn down heat to low and let cook for 10 minutes.
