- 2 tbsps canola vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 8 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup broccoli beef sauce
- 9 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 16 oz angus beef round london broil
Directions
- Slice beef and vegetables.
- Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet with oil.
- Add beef and when the meat turns pink, put broccoli, mushrooms, and sauce.
- Cook until tender.
