- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 tsps brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cooking red wine
- 2 tbsps corn starch
Directions
- Mix liquid ingredients, corn starch, and sugar in a pan.
- Add sliced meat and cook for 10 minutes.
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
