Beef Curry

A lovely curry that can be made with cubed beef, chicken, or any meat you like.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Chop onions and sauté in olive oil in a pan.
  • Add the beef to the pan and cook halfway.
  • Mix all the spices together and add to the meat.
  • Add tomatoes and mix well.
  • Leave on flamer until curry well cooked.
  • Note: you can add loads of vegetables to the recipe, but to make low carb I have used more meat than vegetables.
