Very easy to make bread with a sweet, buttery flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 12 fl oz beer
- 1 stick butter
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Grease loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients, except for butter.
- Pour mixture in loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Place 1 stick of butter on top of loaf.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle top of loaf with sea salt (optional). Serve hot.
