- 6 cups white flour
- 6 tbsps sugar
- 1 tsp iodized salt
- 8 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 jumbo eggs
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Gradually add wet ingredients. Knead until incorporated.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rounds using biscuit cutter.
- Arrange in baking sheet and cook in pre-heated oven at 450°F for 10-15 minutes.
