- 4 oz yellow onions
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1 tbsp salsa
Directions
- Spray pan with cooking spray and add onion and cook until translucent.
- Add black beans adobo, and salsa and heat through.
- Place the black bean mixture on a flour tortillas.
- Fold, eat and enjoy!
