- 1/4 cup whole sesame seeds
- 85 g raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup water
- 14 g yellow onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 tbsps 100% whole grain flaxseed
- 1 cup organic 100% whole ground golden flaxseed meal
- 307 ml bottled water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together - mix well.
- Spread batter evenly on a dehydrator tray (using teflex sheet). Dry at 105 degrees for 4 hours.
- Score into 9 squares and flip, and continue to dehydrate for another hour.
