- 1/2 cup kefir
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 oz protein powder
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
- Put frozen or fresh blueberries, protein powder, milk, kefir or yogurt, and honey in blender and blend until smooth. It takes about 1 minute.
- Serve in large glass and enjoy.
