  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 oz protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Put frozen or fresh blueberries, protein powder, milk, kefir or yogurt, and honey in blender and blend until smooth. It takes about 1 minute.
  • Serve in large glass and enjoy.
