Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 80 ml unsweetened original almond milk
  • 5 1/4 tbsps butter (salted)
  • 3/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1.8 g pure baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup organic frozen wild blueberries
  • 10 tbsps allulose

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients.
  • Add dry ingredients while stirring.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Scoop into muffin tray.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
