Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 5 1/4 tbsps butter (salted)
- 3/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1.8 g pure baking soda
- 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup organic frozen wild blueberries
- 10 tbsps allulose
- 80 ml unsweetened original almond milk
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients while stirring.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Scoop into muffin tray.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
