- 1 1/2 medium bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 20 g 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 oz toasted dried coconut
- 255 g almond milk yogurt alternative - vanilla
- 3/8 cup gluten free whole grain rolled oats
- 3 tbsps almond butter
- 1.5 oz creamy chocolate protein shake
Directions
- Blend everything in a food processor, except oats, chia seeds, and coconut.
- Toast oats and coconut in a nonstick skillet for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and top with oats, chia seeds, and coconut.
