  • 20 g 100% pure maple syrup
  • 3/8 cup gluten free whole grain rolled oats
  • 3 tbsps almond butter
  • 1.5 oz creamy chocolate protein shake
  • 255 g almond milk yogurt alternative - vanilla
  • 1 1/2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 oz toasted dried coconut

Directions

  • Blend everything in a food processor, except oats, chia seeds, and coconut.
  • Toast oats and coconut in a nonstick skillet for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture in a bowl and top with oats, chia seeds, and coconut.
