  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 2 bunches broccoli spears
  • 2 oz beef steak, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Lay steak flat and place broccoli across center in a row on top of steak.
  • Roll broccoli in the steak and secure with 2 pieces of string.
  • Sear roll in frying pan until cooked.
  • Place sauce in a sauce pan or crock pot (preferred) and simmer.
  • Place cooked rolls in sauce and let simmer for a few hours, the longer the better.
  • Enjoy, and make sure you watch out for the strings!
