Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed soda crackers
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsps canola oil

Directions

  • Combine ground beef, egg, crushed crackers, onion, your choice of seasoning and mix together.
  • Make eight round balls and flatten to about 1" thick.
  • Roll in flour, and fry in canola oil.
  • Note: If you don't use all the flour, you could use it to make the milk gravy recipe.
