  • 6 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 large orange bell pepper
  • 12 oz traditional turkey sausage
  • 1 cup 2% fat milk
  • 10 large eggs
  • 12 cups shredded hash browns

Directions

  • Spread the hash browns in a baking dish.
  • Add chopped vegetables, sausage, and half of cheese.
  • Beat the eggs with milk and season as desired, then pour over.
