  • 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp green onions
  • 14 oz veggie sausage
  • 3 small potatoes
  • 1/3 cup egg beaters

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Cube and boil potatoes in water, drain.
  • Brown veggie sausage in a frying pan.
  • Add all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour into a glass pie pan.
  • Bake and serve!
