Ingredients

  • 32 oz pork sausage
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsps chopped onion, minced
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
  • Roll into 1 1/2" balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
  • Note: freezes well for later use.
