- 32 oz pork sausage
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsps chopped onion, minced
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- Roll into 1 1/2" balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
- Note: freezes well for later use.
