Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz deli-style turkey slices, chopped
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat
- 1/3 tsp olive oil
- 6 small olives
- 1 cup natural applesauce
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add egg whites and cook until slightly set.
- Add turkey meat, cheese and olives.
- Fold and turn and heat until cooked.
- Serve with applesauce.
- Note: instead of the olives you can use 2 crushed macadamia nuts.
