Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz deli-style turkey slices, chopped
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat
  • 1/3 tsp olive oil
  • 6 small olives
  • 1 cup natural applesauce

Directions

  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Add egg whites and cook until slightly set.
  • Add turkey meat, cheese and olives.
  • Fold and turn and heat until cooked.
  • Serve with applesauce.
  • Note: instead of the olives you can use 2 crushed macadamia nuts.
