Ingredients

  • 8 crescent rolls dough
  • 16 oz pork sausage
  • 1 cup hash brown potatoes
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C)
  • Open crescent roll dough and spread on 12" pizza pan. Be sure to seal any seams and holes.
  • Brown, drain and crumble pork sausage.
  • Thaw frozen hash brown potatoes, and spread over crescent dough.
  • Cover with cheddar cheese.
  • Beat eggs and pour evenly over "pizza".
  • Cover with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
