Ingredients
- 8 crescent rolls dough
- 16 oz pork sausage
- 1 cup hash brown potatoes
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C)
- Open crescent roll dough and spread on 12" pizza pan. Be sure to seal any seams and holes.
- Brown, drain and crumble pork sausage.
- Thaw frozen hash brown potatoes, and spread over crescent dough.
- Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Beat eggs and pour evenly over "pizza".
- Cover with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
