  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 7 fl oz water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 fl oz cranberry juice, unsweetened
  • 12 g protein powder

Directions

  • Place cup of raspberries, cranberry juice, water and flaxseed oil into blender.
  • Add 1 scoop or 2 tablespoons of whey-based protein powder (vanilla flavor tastes best) to the other ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth - it will taste very creamy even though no milk or dairy products are used.
