- 24 oz broccoli
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 large gala apple
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 300 g yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsps lemon juice (canned or bottled)
- 1 tbsp poppy seed
- 3 oz sweet onions
Directions
- Chop and blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Slice apple and toss with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Mix yogurt, honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and poppy seeds in small bowl.
- Combine everything in a large bowl then serve.
