  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp poppy seed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 large gala apple
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice (canned or bottled)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 oz sweet onions
  • 24 oz broccoli

Directions

  • Chop and blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Slice apple and toss with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Mix yogurt, honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and poppy seeds in small bowl.
  • Combine everything in a large bowl then serve.
