  • 20 oz broccoli
  • 4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 12 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 cup whipped heavy cream

Directions

  • Bring broccoli and broth to boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add cheese cubes and heat on low until cheese melts.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • If soup is too thick, add heavy cream to thin to desired consistency.
