Brown Sugar Crusted Salmon
Baked salmon encrusted in brown sugar, Dijon mustard and lemon juice.

- 16 oz boneless salmon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1/2 lemon yields lemon juice
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions
- Divide salmon into 6 equal servings.
- Rub vegetable oil on salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Place skin side up in oven safe skilled and brown until golden brown crust forms.
- Remove from heat, turn salmon over so skin side is down and smother with combined brown sugar, lemon juice and mustard.
- Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) in skillet until salmon is done and glaze has formed a caramelized state.
