- 3 1/2 cups reduced sodium pinto beans
- 3 1/2 cups chili beans
- 4 cups hot water
- 5 tbsps garlic powder
- 5 tbsps chili powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 11 1/2 oz black olives
- 1 1/4 cups tomato paste
- 2 cups quick cooking bulgur wheat
- 3 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 3 1/4 cups tomato sauce
Directions
- Soak bulgur wheat in hot water for 2 hours in a covered bowl.
- Put bulgur wheat in a pot and cook down with seasonings.
- Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 2 hours.
