  • 3 1/2 cups reduced sodium pinto beans
  • 3 1/2 cups chili beans
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 5 tbsps garlic powder
  • 5 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 11 1/2 oz black olives
  • 1 1/4 cups tomato paste
  • 2 cups quick cooking bulgur wheat
  • 3 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 3 1/4 cups tomato sauce

Directions

  • Soak bulgur wheat in hot water for 2 hours in a covered bowl.
  • Put bulgur wheat in a pot and cook down with seasonings.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 2 hours.
