Ingredients
- 3 tbsps reduced calorie vegetable oil-butter spread
- 3 lbs beef top sirloin
- 3/4 cup beef bouillon
- 6 oz burgundy wine
- 2 tbsps reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 6 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup egg noodles
Directions
- Heat butter in a large skillet and brown meat.
- Remove meat and place in a deep casserole dish.
- Mix half the bouillon, soy sauce, garlic, onion and wine in the skillet, heat thoroughly.
- Mix remaining bouillon and cornstarch and add to sauce. Stirring constantly. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Pour into casserole, cover and bake in oven at 275° F (135° C) for 1 hour.
- Stir in mushroom soup until smooth. Serve over noodles or rice.
