- 1 tbsp guacamole
- 1 1/2 cups shredded or chopped mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tsps spicy taco seasoning
- 3 oz ground beef (85% lean / 15% fat)
Directions
- Sauté the beef in a nonstick skillet until brown. Add taco seasoning. Stir for 5 minutes until incorporated.
- Put the mixed salad greens in a bowl.
