Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 3 large celery stalks
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 head medium cabbage
- 1 packet onion soup mix (dry, dehydrated)
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 46 fl oz tomato juice
- 3 cups water
- 1 dash sea salt
Directions
- Chop vegetables.
- In a 4 quart dutch oven, sweat onions, green peppers and celery (no fat added) over medium heat.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour or until cabbage is cooked as desired.
- Eat.
