Ingredients

  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 46 fl oz tomato juice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 packet onion soup mix (dry, dehydrated)
  • 1 head medium cabbage
  • 3 large celery stalks
  • 3 cups water

Directions

  • Chop vegetables.
  • In a 4 quart dutch oven, sweat onions, green peppers and celery (no fat added) over medium heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour or until cabbage is cooked as desired.
  • Eat.
